Motherhood is a beautiful journey, but it can also feel SO overwhelming. You may find yourself questioning who you are outside of being a mom, struggling to balance feedings, diaper changes, and sleepless nights with work, relationships, and the life you once knew. The mental load is constant—spiraling thoughts about whether you’re doing enough, worrying about every little thing, trying to remember all the “to-dos” for you and your family, yet feeling like there’s never enough time for yourself. Showers feel like a luxury, laundry piles up, and the idea of self-care seems impossible! If you’re feeling anxious, exhausted, or just not like yourself, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

Therapy provides a supportive space to explore the underlying causes of postpartum anxiety or depression. In sessions you will have a safe space to lay it all out and share your inner most thoughts and feelings about being a mom. I will support you to develop resilience, establish healthy coping mechanisms, and foster self-care practices to help combat stress.
